Consultancy

Design Consultation is the time to listen to our customers' challenges with their existing places in terms of functionality, looks and feel. We make sketches and models of potential concepts and attempt to put customers' ideas into action.

Our consultancy procedure includes -

Conceptual Drawings

We draw freehand conceptual sketches for planning and exploring initial ideas based on the discussion with the client.

3D Modelling

Once the idea has been finalized, we create 3D models to show the customer the layout and make changes as needed. This allows us to double-check that we're on the same page.

Finalising all the Specifications

We complete the conception planning at this point.

Making Bill Of Quantities (BOQ)

We then prepare a BOQ based on the chosen layout, which contains the costs of all the components needed throughout execution.

All the detailed Drawings

The client receives their final sketches.
